| The farm has been keeping its priorities
since that time: the production of quality
to the detriment of quantity. The farm extends itself
for 10 hectare in completely ownership,
is set in the town of Cecina,
a “crossroads” that looks over the Tyrrhenian
Sea and where you may grow any products that this Tuscan
land can offer.
Our speciality has been always the production of fresh
vegetables and this tradition has been keeping on until
today, together with the care for old
olive trees that always give us a delicious
extra-virgin olive oil. Moreover, the traditional sowing
time in winter – durum wheat and barley – are
also grown.
About 10 years ago, the breeding
ended and two old outbuildings were left aside, but a thorough
rebuilding turned them into a new idea: to
give everybody the chance to share the natural rhythms of
the peasant life and enjoy its fruits.
